(1) Applicant is solely responsible for correctness of data being entered or documents being uploaded during registration / applying for course. Final certificate will be issued in the name of the applicant as per application form.
(2) Admission process, examination and rules are governed by Central Sanskrit University and in addition to these rules, CSU reserves the right to modify / update / issue new rules from time to time. Any such change in rules / condition is applicable to all students / Shikshan Kendras.
(3) No refund or change of course or deferment of session is allowed. If a student discontinues / does not become eligible for examination or cannot clear exams, there would not any refund of payment made by him.
(4) Applicants are solely responsible for correctness of address being entered by them while applying for the course. The address is used for dispatching hardcopy course material / books. SPF will not be responsible for loss of material or delayed delivery due to wrong address.
(5) The online contents and websites are for bona fide use of individual eligible student. Sharing of login details or contents is not allowed. Downloading of contents in any form is also not allowed. Any kind of abuse or deliberate attempt to disrupt the website service, in addition to cancellation of admission, is liable to attract legal action as per law.
(6) In case of any dispute decision of Vice Chancellor, Central Sanskrit University will be final and binding on all concerned.
